We are looking for a Business Intelligence Expert to join our MyBeat platform team – someone passionate about analytics, data modeling, and development, with a desire to solve complex technological challenges. You will bring a detailed-oriented and analytical approach using an advanced tech stack: SQL, Python, Snowflake, AWS, and Power BI.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop and maintain large-scale data-driven systems, focusing on data analysis, development, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable solutions.
• Develop data models to represent business processes and support decision-making.
• Optimize data queries and monitor performance to ensure efficient retrieval.
• Stay current with the latest BI tools and technologies to continuously enhance our data infrastructure.
• Introduce and implement AI concepts and models.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and overall efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BI developer, with 3+ years in Power BI (knowledge of Direct Query is an advantage).
• Strong skills in SQL and Python with excellent quantitative and analytical abilities; high attention to detail is critical.
• B.Sc. in Computer/Data Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering (Information Systems focus).
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, preferably Snowflake, including system design, testing, data modeling, implementation, and end-user support/training.
• Problem solver with a creative mindset and ability to get things done.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights clearly.
