Microwave Module Development Manager for Space | Ashdod, Israel | IAI

ELTA Systems is seeking a Microwave Module Development Manager to join the Engineering and Systems Manufacturing organization, leading advanced development activities for space applications.

The position includes:

• Managing and leading development processes of microwave modules for space applications and RF components

• Planning, executing, and monitoring projects while meeting schedules

• Writing technical reports and presenting them to various stakeholders

• Supporting production, integration, and environmental qualification processes

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in development of RF modules, RF arrays, or board design

• In depth knowledge of standards and regulations in the space industry, including ISO, ECSS, and MIL STD

• Familiarity and hands on experience with space standards is an advantage

• Ability to independently lead projects and matrix teams

• High level interface management and communication skills

• Experience working with Office systems

• Experience in integration of complex systems

• Ability to manage project risks and solve technical problems
