Elta Systems is seeking a Systems Hardware Development Engineer to design and develop advanced radar hardware systems.

The position includes:

• Designing and developing hardware for radar systems

• Performing hardware testing and integration

• Managing and leading multiple development teams in a matrix structure

• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors

• Working independently and handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – required

• Outstanding graduates – significant advantage

• Experience in hardware testing and integration – required

• Experience in board design – advantage

• Strong problem-solving and self-learning skills
