We are seeking a
Data / Risk Analyst with exceptional technical expertise, a flair for innovation, and a data-driven mindset to join our Data Risk Team. You will play a key role in advancing Claroty’s solution by turning complex cyber data from various sources into clear, measurable, and actionable insights that guide customers through their risk reduction journey. Working closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams, you will help shape how risk is measured, communicated, and continuously improved across the platform.

Responsibilities
As a Data / Risk Analyst, you will:
- Own and evolve the metrics and logic that power the risk framework within Claroty’s leading platform, leveraging advanced statistical and mathematical methods to translate abstract risk concepts into measurable, explainable, and continuously evolving factors.
- Use Advanced AI tools and automated workflows to clean, normalize, and manipulate data at scale.
- Establish KPIs and translate data trends into clear narratives and insights through dashboards and reporting, showing progress, driving action, and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Research and validate new risk methodologies and product ideas through experimentation, simulations, and hypothesis testing.
- Evaluate and integrate new data from network traffic and integrations to improve our product data accuracy, coverage, and provide a more complete view of customer risk posture.
- Build a monitoring infrastructure to analyze customer data and system behavior to identify anomalies, logic gaps, bugs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with backend developers, PMs, data scientists, analysts, and external data partners to design and deliver robust data solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an analytics role.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and basic scripting.
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying structured data sources.
- Experience in a cyber risk analysis - Advantage
- Experience in a cybersecurity domain - Advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar big-data platforms - Advantage.
- Experience research APIs - Advantage
- Experience in LLM prompt engineering and evaluation - Advantage
- A collaborative mindset and strong ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written. English- Must
