Software Engineer | Ashdod, Israel | IAI

Elta Systems is seeking an experienced software developer to join our team working on command and control systems in the electronic intelligence field.

The position includes:

• Developing and maintaining complex, large-scale systems in C++ on Linux environments

• Analyzing components and new capabilities

• Supporting project design and architecture through delivery

• Developing new product features and resolving existing issues

• Working with multi-threaded processes and improving code performance

• Collaborating as part of an experienced and professional development team

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant education in software engineering or computer science

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Experience working with Linux operating systems

• Proficiency in C++ coding

• Experience with legacy systems is a significant advantage

• Experience with RHEL is a significant advantage

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
