Ground Station Development Team Lead | Yehud, Israel | IAI

The Missile Center in the Missile Systems and Space Division is seeking a team lead to head ground station software development activities.

The position includes:

• Leading and developing integrated HMI and logic software

• Managing and leading a development team of 2 to 3 software engineers

• Coding, system integration, and participation in tests

• Team management and professional guidance, including code reviews

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

• At least 5 years of experience in C# and .NET development in a Windows environment

• Experience with multi threading

• Experience working with TCP/IP communication protocols

• Management experience leading a development team is an advantage

Good to know:

The MBT Missiles Factory designs, plans, and develops a wide range of missile systems, including naval strike systems, loitering munitions, precision guided munitions, and short range defense systems. The division is also engaged in developing computerized systems that enable smart firing capabilities.
