Radware’s CTO Office is where next-generation cyber protections are born. The CTO office drives innovation by developing cutting-edge AI capabilities for Radware's cybersecurity products and services. Our team tackles complex challenges in AI, application and network security, and the Internet of Agents, while inventing state-of- the-art solutions.

Radware is seeking an Expert Backend Engineer to join the Agentic AI team

In this role, you'll take a major part by lead, design and implement distributed microservices system in a project focused on detecting and mitigating AI based cyber-attacks on applications using advanced analytics and emerging AI technologies. We're looking for a highly self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges, works both independently and in unique small teams.

What you need:

• At least 5 years of experience with backend languages in a production system - Go/Pyhton/Java
• At least 3 years of experience with data stores in a production system - SQL DB, Redis
• At least 3 years of experience in running and maintaining a production env (Prometheus/Grafana)
• Experience with building distributed system in a microservice architecture using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure such as AWS Cloud
• Experience Project lead, design and architecture for big features

Ability to support the following:

• Understanding of AI technologies
• Experience with CI/CD such as - Github actions, Argo, Bitbucket pipelines
• Mentoring and supporting engineers in the team
