With a dedicated team of 20 and an established Product-Market Fit (PMF), we are currently serving dozens of financial institutions. We are now shifting gears from early traction to rapid scale, seeking a revenue leader to architect our expansion into the broader enterprise market.

Position Overview

We are seeking an LLM Delivery Lead to lead our technical delivery team developing AI agents for our customer base. This is a hands-on leadership role within our Customer Success function, requiring both technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills. You'll balance building agents yourself with managing your team, ensuring fast-paced delivery while maintaining quality, and serving as the escalation point for complex customer implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AI implementation specialists, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of LLM-powered agents on the Insait platform for enterprise customers
• Build and deploy agents hands-on when needed, especially for complex or high-priority projects
• Serve as technical escalation point for customers during implementation and post-deployment
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure customer success
• Define and optimize delivery processes, best practices, and quality standards
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
• Drive fast-paced execution while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for platform improvements based on delivery experience
• Develop training materials and documentation for team scaling
• Track delivery metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical delivery or implementation experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent development
• Proven track record delivering technical solutions in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
• Experience managing technical teams and balancing individual contribution with leadership
• Excellent communication skills—ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
• Passion for AI/LLM technology with commitment to staying current with the rapidly evolving landscape
• Customer-centric mindset with experience managing escalations and building trust
• Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple deliveries simultaneously
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or agent platforms (preferred)
• Background in both technical implementation and business/customer success (preferred)
• Startup or high-growth company experience (preferred)
