We are seeking a Backend Team Lead to lead our Car Services team, which owns mission-critical backend systems such as Fueling, EV and Car wash. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with people management. You will guide a team of backend engineers to build reliable, scalable, and secure services that power the core of Pango’s platform.

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, high-scale architectures, and backend frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Go, Node.js — adjust to Pango’s tech stack).
• Solid understanding of databases, API design, and system integrations.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor individuals, and foster collaboration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fintech, mobility, or transactional systems is a strong advantage.
