We are looking for an experienced MF (Mainframe) Team Lead to lead a development team responsible for complex, mission-critical core systems in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Mainframe development team, including task planning, execution, and end-to-end delivery.
• Hands-on development and maintenance of core systems in a Mainframe environment.
• Design, develop, and optimize Batch and Online processes.
• Perform code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce high development standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Architecture, and Infrastructure.
• Take ownership of system stability, performance, quality, and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Mainframe (MF) development – mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2.
• Experience working with Batch and Online processing.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role (Team Lead / Technical Lead).
• Strong understanding of enterprise-scale systems and complex integrations.
• Ability to lead developers while remaining highly hands-on.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multi-interface environment.
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, and system-level thinking.
