We’re searching for a visionary Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Vision Language Models (VLM) and Generative AI (GAI) to drive

the development of cutting‑edge, on‑prem multimodal systems fusing visual understanding with natural language reasoning

You’ll join a world‑class Defense Tech AI team creating advanced solutions that empower smarter interfaces, decision support tools, and next‑generation experiences

What You’ll Do

Develop advanced Vision Language Models for multilingual environments

Design multimodal pipelines combining image and text data for VQA, captioning, semantic retrieval, and cross‑modal search

Develop decision‑support applications powered by Generative AI that make complex insights accessible

Collaborate with engineers and researchers to deploy, scale, and optimize VLMs in production

Build robust image‑text representations and embeddings that drive real‑world performance

Your Expertise

Solid foundation in Data Science, Machine Learning / Deep Learning, and Generative AI methodologies

5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying deep learning systems

3+ years developing VLM or multimodal AI models (on‑prem or cloud) as a Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer

Deep familiarity with Vision‑Language architectures (CLIP, BLIP, Flamingo, LLaVA, VQA transformers)

Experience in semantic search, embedding optimization, and multi‑agent or RAG architecture

Comfortable working with Agile workflows and DevOps principles

Competitive background (Kaggle) — Advantage
