So, what’s the role all about?

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our world-leading CX cloud platform team. You will work with global teams in an Agile environment, owning cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and large-scale containerized platforms.

How will you make an impact?

Operate and scale large, multi-region AWS environments

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Manage container platforms at scale (ECS/EKS)

Implement monitoring, logging, and observability using the Grafana stack

Develop automation and improve DevOps processes

Mentor engineers and collaborate with global teams

Have you got what it takes?

3+ years of hands-on DevOps experience

Strong hands-on AWS experience

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, and/or AWS CDK

Programming: Python & Bash (must), Groovy (big bonus)

CI/CD: Jenkins and GitHub Actions

Containers at scale: ECS and EKS

Observability: Grafana stack (Grafana, Prometheus/Mimir, Loki, Tempo)

Familiarity with Linux, troubleshooting, and communication skills

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Azure cloud experience

GCP cloud experience

Windows system administration
