About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to join a large-scale Digital Modernization project. This is a key leadership position, ideal for a professional with a proven track record in managing DevOps teams within complex environments.

In this role, you will provide significant technological leadership, manage team tasks, and define technical solutions for implementation within a banking environment. The position requires a perfect balance between strategic management and deep "Hands-on" execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Direct management of the DevOps team, including building work plans, task allocation, and performance tracking.
• Infrastructure & CI/CD: Designing and implementing advanced CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD) over OpenShift (On-prem) and facilitating AWS cloud integration.
• Technical Excellence: Defining technical solutions, leading automation processes, and supporting NFT (Non-Functional Testing) – including performance, resilience, stability, and security.
• Stack Management: Maintaining and scaling a robust tech stack: BitBucket, JFrog (Artifactory & Xray), Jenkins, ArgoCD, OpenShift, SwaggerHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Collaboration: Working closely with R&D, QA, and Security teams to provide technological solutions for complex requirements.

Requirements:

• Managerial Experience: At least 5 years of experience leading DevOps teams in complex, enterprise-grade environments – Must.
• Technical Background: Over 5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer with expertise in Microservices over OpenShift.
• CI/CD Expertise: Proven experience in building complex automation processes using Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Environment Specialization: Deep understanding of Air-gapped environments and security/networking aspects in Multi-tier architectures.
• Cloud: Experience with AWS implementation.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders (Development, Testing, and Cyber Security).
