At ELTA’s division, we develop complex electronic systems that require deep thinking, precision, and genuine curiosity.

If you are a graduate of Electrical Engineering, this is the place to start.

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer for Board Design, to join a dedicated training program for FPGA Engineers.

The position includes participation in a focused professional training program, which includes a dedicated and in-depth course in the FPGA field.

Upon successful completion of the course and meeting the program’s threshold requirements, candidates will be onboarded into a full-time position as FPGA Engineers at ELTA.

Take part in end-to-end development:

from requirements definition, through design, and up to implementation and testing of advanced electronic systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading development from the definition phase, through design, implementation, and testing
  • Defining architectures and various concepts for the product
  • Selecting components for implementation
  • Board design: electrical schematics, circuit editing, and testing of complex boards
  • Development of FPGA logical design, including:
  • Design and implementation of high-speed communication interfaces
  • Signal processing
  • Complex control systems
  • ARM-based SoCs
  • Interfaces with DDR, ADC, DAC, DDS, and more
  • Management and leadership of various development entities
  • Management and supervision of subcontractors within ELTA and externally

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – mandatory
  • Preference for specializations such as: Communication, DSP, CPU, VLSI
  • At least 3 years of experience in electronic circuit design – advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience in logic design – advantage

Important Information

Onboarding into a full-time position is contingent upon meeting the program’s threshold requirements, which include professional exams and submission of a final project during the course.
