We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping how data drives our business and product decisions. 


This role fits someone passionate about data, product, and business impact. You’ll construct reliable data foundations, while establishing authoritative data sources that become the foundation for product and data intelligence in company wide decisions. 

You'll partner with teams across the organization, empowering them to move faster and make smarter decisions by transforming strategy into reliable metrics that drive publisher yield and campaign performance.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create & own the single source of truth: Transform complex raw data into trusted, structured tables that become the foundation for high-impact decisions across Product, BizDev, and leadership.
  • Design for usability: Ensure data is intuitive and actionable by developing the underlying logic for ai foundation & infrastructure, product dashboards, growth funnels, and reporting workflows.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to identify data requirements and surface insights in clear, impactful ways.
  • Ensure data integrity: Maintain metric consistency across multiple data sources, ensuring product and business reporting delivers accurate, reliable, and trustworthy numbers.
  • Drive experimentation: Own the full A/B testing lifecycle—from hypothesis development and experimental design through statistical analysis and actionable recommendations that inform product strategy.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a similar role
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data pipeline architecture—this is your bread and butter
  • Practical experience using AWS for scalable data processing and analytics
  • Skilled with BI tools and adept at tracing data flows from source logs to user-facing dashboards
  • Hands on familiarity with in BI visualization tools Looker, Tableau, Power BI
  • Excellent problem-solver with strong ad-hoc analysis skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to any audience
  • Ability to define clear, measurable metrics that align with business objectives
  • Proven track record designing, launching, analyzing, and interpreting A/B tests from start to finish
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, while working cross-functionally with several teams


ADDED BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience with AdTech datasets and a strong understanding of programmatic delivery, OpenRTB, and header bidding
  • Python proficiency, Tableau certification, and familiarity with Airflow, Docker, or dbt
  • Knowledge of statistical models, programmatic auction mechanics, and real-time data systems
  • You're action-oriented and collaborative, with a track record of delivering results while working effectively across teams and meeting deadlines
