We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our large-scale Digital Modernization project.

We're building a mega-system from scratch with the energy, pace, and innovation of a tech startup, combined with the scale and impact of enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of the DevOps team, including building work plans, task allocation, and performance tracking.
• Designing and implementing advanced CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD) over OpenShift (On-prem) and facilitating AWS cloud integration.
• Defining technical solutions, leading automation processes, and supporting NFT (Non-Functional Testing) – including performance, resilience, stability, and security.
• Maintaining and scaling a robust tech stack: Bitbucket, JFrog (Artifactory & Xray), Jenkins, ArgoCD, OpenShift, SwaggerHub, Jira, and Confluence.
• Working closely with R&D, QA, and Security teams to provide technological solutions for complex requirements.

Requirements:

• Managerial Experience: At least 3 years of experience leading DevOps teams in complex, enterprise-grade environments – Must.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer with expertise in Microservices over OpenShift.
• CI/CD Expertise: Proven experience in building complex automation processes using Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of Air-gapped environments and security/networking aspects in Multi-tier architectures.
• Experience with AWS implementation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders (Development, Testing, and Cyber Security).
