About the job:

As Tech Lead, you will:

● Design, build, and optimize systems and platforms with React and Node.js for scalability and

maintainability.

● Translate product requirements into effective, high-quality technical solutions.

● Collaborate with Product, Design, and Team Leads to deliver end-to-end features.

● Participate in architectural discussions and shape system design standards.

● Drive AI development, including AI-driven features, agents, and solutions.

● Ensure high code quality via unit testing, code reviews, and automation best practices.

About You

● 5+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on coding skills.

● BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

● Deep frontend skills with React.

● Strong Backend experience with Node.js and cloud environments (AWS).

● Solid understanding of microservices architecture, system design, cloud environments, and

DevOps tools.

● Experience with unit testing (Jest), CI/CD, Git workflows, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

● Working with AI technologies and contributing to AI-driven products.

● You are passionate about clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

● Great communication skills, proactive, and a natural collaborator.

● A problem solver who thrives in a mission-driven environment.
