Who we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled Algorithm Engineer with experience in autonomous systems, strong expertise in deep learning, and hands-on work with real-world systems. The ideal candidate has proven end-to-end ownership, from research and prototyping through production deployment, and a passion for applying advanced algorithms to medical robotics.


Responsibilities

  • Apply deep learning, computer vision, and Physical AI techniques to solve challenging perception based decision-making problems.
  • Lead end-to-end development cycles: problem definition, algorithm design, implementation, optimization, and integration into real-time robotic systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including software, hardware, and clinical experts, to ensure algorithms meet system and clinical requirements.
  • Validate and refine algorithms through simulation, lab testing, and clinical feedback.


Requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in algorithm development, with hands-on experience in autonomous systems and a strong track record in deep learning and computer vision.
  • Hands-on experience in the full development lifecycle — from concept to deployment — of machine learning or computer vision systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
