About the job

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to create exceptional user experiences that power our AI-driven platform. You'll design and build responsive, performant interfaces that make complex legal workflows intuitive and delightful. What You'll Do

• Build scalable, maintainable frontend architecture using React.js
• Create responsive, performant interfaces that make complex legal workflows intuitive
• Transform designs into clean, efficient code and scalable component architectures
• Optimize performance for fast loading times and smooth experiences, even with large datasets
• Ship features end-to-end, collaborating closely with backend engineers
• Partner with ML engineers, AI researchers, and designers to deliver impactful solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish frontend best practices as we scale

What You'll Bring

• 4-6+ years of professional experience building production frontend systems
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Extensive hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem
• Strong API knowledge – experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Passion to own and deliver – you take full responsibility for your work and drive features from idea to production
• Curiosity and adoption of AI coding tools – you actively use tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot and are excited about how AI is transforming development
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills, effective in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Points

• Experience building AI-powered user interfaces or LLM-based features
• Familiarity with modern build tools, bundlers, and frontend optimization techniques
• Experience with component libraries, design systems, and accessibility best practices
• Previously founded a startup or have early-stage startup experience
