About the job

We're looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to build intelligent backend infrastructure and exceptional user experiences that power our platform. You'll work directly with LLMs, design scalable systems, and ship production AI features that transform how legal teams operate worldwide. What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end, from design through deployment across the full stack
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, Postgres, MongoDB)
• Create responsive, performant frontend experiences with React.js
• Develop integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Google Drive, SharePoint, and DocuSign
• Work hands-on with LLMs and build the connecting logic between AI capabilities and business systems
• Partner with ML engineers, AI researchers, and legal domain experts to deliver impactful solutions
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish engineering best practices as we scale

What You'll Bring

• Passion to own and deliver – you take full responsibility for your work and drive features from idea to production
• Curiosity and adoption of AI coding tools – you actively use tools like Cursor or Claude Code and are excited about how AI is transforming software development
• 4-6+ years of professional experience building production systems across frontend and backend
• Strong backend skills with Python and modern frameworks
• Experience with React.js and building complex, performant UIs
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• You actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work and are excited about their potential
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and thrive in unfamiliar domains
• Strong communication skills, effective in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Points

• Experience building LLM-powered applications or working with AI APIs
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and cloud-native architectures
• Previously founded a startup or have early-stage startup experience
