Azure Data Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our team and take a key role in designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based data infrastructure on Azure. This role focuses on developing scalable, reliable data pipelines and analytics solutions that support business and data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Azure-based data infrastructure and data pipelines
• Work with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Explorer (ADX), Microsoft Fabric, Spark, and Azure Storage
• Develop and optimize data models and pipelines using SQL Server
• Support analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI and Azure Search
• Collaborate with data, BI, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions
• Ensure data quality, performance, and scalability across cloud environments

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer
• Strong experience with Azure data technologies
• Proven experience with SQL Server and complex SQL development
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse / ADX, Fabric, Spark, and Storage services
• Understanding of cloud-based data architectures and pipelines

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-related technologies, including Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services
• Experience integrating data platforms with AI or advanced analytics solutions
