We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join the Support Ops team. This individual will play a critical role in building solutions end-to-end and executing development projects related to tools, processes, and data. Additionally, this role will ensure the stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of software systems within the Support organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions to support operational requirements, including writing code, testing, debugging, and deploying applications.
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing software systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality or performance, addressing user issues and resolving problems promptly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, IS, and DevOps, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with Support goals.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, proposing and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Research new technologies and adapt them for use by our internal customers.
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience. We’re using React, JavaScript, Python, and more.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience with NoSQL and relational databases.
• Ability to self-learn new skills and technologies and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience working with ZenDesk, Jira, Slack and Redash.
• Industry experience at a SaaS company.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and AW.
