What we are looking for: We are looking for a Platform Engineering Team Lead to join our team and drive the evolution of our platform infrastructure and shared services.

What you will be doing: As the Platform Engineering Team Lead at Semperis, your role involves guiding a proficient team in building and scaling the foundational platforms that power our products. You will collaborate with product teams, infrastructure architects, and engineering leaders to define and implement our platform strategy.

• Providing technical leadership and guidance for platform architecture, design patterns, and code reviews.
• Tracking team development process and being accountable for platform service delivery, reliability, quality, and timelines.
• Setting high-quality standards for platform services, seeking and choosing technical solutions to meet current and future needs.
• Taking a leading role in design and implementation of shared platform components, APIs, and infrastructure services.
• Driving platform adoption across engineering teams and establishing best practices for platform consumption.
• Being responsible for the growth and evolution of your team members and providing career development and mentorship.
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Table

• 3+ years experience in leading engineering teams, preferably in platform or infrastructure domains.
• 5+ years of experience as a backend developer.
• Deep knowledge of at least one of C#, .Net, .Net Core
• Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design patterns.
• Proficient in multithreading, Object-Oriented programming, and asynchronous patterns.
• Broad experience in designing, executing, and delivering platform services and shared infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and operational best practices.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent.

• Experience building platforms for enterprise security products.
• Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures.
• Understanding of multi-tenancy patterns and isolation strategies.
