We are seeking an experienced and Hands-On Development Team Lead specializing in React and Node.js technologies to drive the professional development of complex systems in an advanced web environment.

What You'll Do-

• Lead and mentor a development team while remaining actively involved in coding.
• Drive technical excellence and establish architectural standards.
• Oversee code quality, best practices, and development workflows.
• Design and implement complex web-based systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Shape the technical vision and roadmap of our products.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on team management experience with ReactJS and NodeJS - Essential.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven experience working with RESTful APIs (both development and integration).
• Strong background in Microservices and Micro Frontend architectures.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and/or Cypress.
• Proficiency with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• High ownership of code quality and deliverables.
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
