Our department provides cutting-edge platforms for Software Development Lifecycle (SWDL), reliability assurance, work management, and performance measurements. We operate through two core teams: SRE and DevOps.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our dynamic department and lead the DevOps team. This role is pivotal in driving development and operations processes, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of applications, and maintaining high standards of system reliability and performance.

As the DevOps Lead, you will craft and lead the organization’s DevOps strategy, establish best practices, set standards, and implement measurements for the software development lifecycle and agile frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Strategy: Develop and implement the organization’s DevOps strategy aligned with business goals.
• Best Practices: Establish and enforce standards for DevOps processes, tools, and technologies.
• Azure DevOps: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.
• Automation: Build and maintain automation scripts and tools for deployment, monitoring, and management.
• Security: Implement and enforce security best practices across all stages of development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams for smooth project delivery.
• Measurements: Lead and implement metrics for SWDL and agile frameworks to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years as a DevOps Engineer
• 2+ years in a lead role.

Technical Skills:

• Scripting (Python, Bash)
• Source Code Management (GitHub, ADO, BitBucket)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• OS Administration (Linux & Windows)
• Registry & Secrets Management (JFrog Artifactory, ACR, AKV, HashiCorp Vault)
• Deployment & Pipelines (ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
