About This Role

We're looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our internal AI enablement initiatives and help transform how we build and deploy AI-powered solutions across our organization. You'll be working on cutting-edge agentic systems, multi-agent workflows, and production AI applications that directly impact our products and internal operations.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of senior-level full-stack engineering experience
• Complete SDLC expertise: Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Agentic AI: Hands-on experience building agentic systems, agentic flows, and multi-agent architectures
• AI Frameworks: Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI SDK, Anthropic API, etc.
• AI-Powered Development: Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) in your current workflow
• Evaluation Expertise: Background in developing and implementing AI evaluation strategies
• Expert Programming: Deep expertise in either TypeScript or Python
• Systems Thinking: Strong architectural vision and ability to see the big picture

• Currently Working in AI: Your current role matches this description - you're already doing this work day-to-day
• Production Deployments: You've successfully deployed AI projects to production and maintained them at scale
• DevOps & Production: Understanding of Docker, containerization, and production environments
• Cloud Services: Experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms
