Job Description:

We are seeking an engineer to lead the development of advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) techniques.

This role combines deep technological work with direct operational impact and involves threat analysis, algorithm development, simulation, and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) techniques.
• Define technical requirements for EW techniques, including threat analysis and understanding operational needs.
• Support and accompany the development process from early concept stages through operational deployment.
• Define, manage, and oversee test plans for the development of new EW techniques.
• Research EW techniques from a broad, system-level perspective.
• Develop independent simulation tools and integrate EW techniques into existing simulators for research, testing, and performance improvement.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in a STEM discipline – mandatory: Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. – a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in the development of Electronic Warfare (EW) techniques – mandatory.
• Experience in performance analysis, data analysis, or simulation-based research.
• Knowledge and experience in algorithm development and/or AI-based systems.
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages, including Python and MATLAB – mandator
