Join Check Point's Blockchain Security-Incubated startup, as our engineering leader and help shape the future of blockchain security. We are building a real-time prevention system that stops on-chain cyber-attacks before execution, the first enterprise-grade blockchain firewall.

This role combines a VP Engineering scope with founding engineer energy. You'll lead a commando team of exceptional engineers while staying hands-on with code.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead a team of 15 engineers across backend, blockchain, and AI/ML development
• Drive technical strategy and product roadmap from concept to production
• Partner with research teams to transform threat intelligence into prevention capabilities
• Establish engineering excellence: architecture, code quality, deployment practices

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years leading technical teams
• Strong technical background
• Experience building B2B products from zero to scale
• Track record of recruiting and developing A-player engineers
• Entrepreneurial mindset that is data-driven and ships fast

Bonus Points For

• Previous experience with real-time, high-throughput systems
• Experience in blockchain development or cyber security
• Background at startups (founding team or early employee)
• ML/AI implementation experience
