About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Developer to help us build the core user-facing experiences and backend services that power our autonomous drone platform. You will work across Python backend services and React-based dashboards, collaborating closely with robotics, data, and field engineering teams to deliver reliable, intuitive, and high-performance applications.

You’ll have ownership over meaningful product features, and your work will directly impact how customers visualize their warehouse operations and interact with our drone systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask etc.).

 • Build responsive, modern UI experiences using React, TypeScript, and component libraries.

 • Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver intuitive and polished UX.

 • Design and maintain APIs, ensuring performance, reliability, and clarity.

 • Work with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments, logging, monitoring, and observability.

 • Contribute to database modeling, migrations, and schema optimization (PostgreSQL).

 • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code across the full stack.

 • Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering best practices.

 • Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to long-term stability improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional full-stack development experience.

 • Strong Python skills and experience with at least one modern web framework.

 • Solid experience with React and frontend development (JavaScript/TypeScript, state management, API integrations).

 • Experience building REST API.

 • Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).

 • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Git, and modern development practices.

 • Understanding of web fundamentals: HTTP, auth flows, cookies, sessions, CORS, etc.

 • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with real ownership.

 • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, streaming APIs, MQTT).

 • Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures and SaaS patterns.

 • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

 • Background or interest in robotics, drones, or IoT systems.

 • Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, React Testing Library).

 • Understanding of performance optimization on both frontend and backend.
