Real Time Group, LTD is looking for a strategic and innovative EW Technical Lead to drive the development of next-generation electronic warfare capabilities. If you’re passionate about complex systems, algorithmic thinking, and cutting-edge defense technology—this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of advanced EW techniques
• Define operational requirements based on threat analysis and mission needs
• Guide integration, verification, and operational deployment of EW capabilities
• Oversee testing plans and performance validation
• Conduct broad research across EW methodologies and mechanisms
• Develop simulation tools to support analysis and R&D.

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Aeronautics, Software, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics (required).
• 3+ years of experience of developing EW technologies.
• Strong background in simulations, data analysis, or performance evaluation
• Knowledge in algorithms and/or AI systems
• Programming experience in Python, MATLAB
