What You’ll Do

You’ll join our growing R&D team as a QA Automation Engineer, working closely with development, product, and clinical teams. You will be a crucial player in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our core healthcare platform by designing and implementing robust automation testing strategies. You will own the end-to-end quality process and significantly contribute to our continuous integration and delivery pipeline

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (UI web & mobile, API, and integration) using industry-standard tools and frameworks
• Integrate automation tests into our CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality validation
• Collaborate closely with engineers to perform root cause analysis of defects and improve testability of new features
• Define and execute testing strategies (functional, regression, load, performance) for new and existing features
• Lead the effort to enhance quality assurance standards, tools, and processes across the R&D team

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, with significant experience in developing test automation frameworks from scratch
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language suitable for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#)
• In-depth experience with test automation tools and frameworks for web and mobile applications (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Detox)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git)
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and the software development lifecycle
