C++ Development Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced C++ Development Team Lead to join a leading financial organization.

This role involves leading a team responsible for critical core systems that operate 24/7 and play a key role in driving the economy. The position combines managerial and hands-on technical leadership in a highly challenging, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a development team responsible for core, mission-critical systems
• End-to-end responsibility for system design, development, implementation, and production support
• Architecture design, specifications approval, and version management
• Hands-on involvement in complex technological solutions
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders across the organization
• Working in a 24/7 operational environment

Technology Stack

• C++ (primary)
• Java

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering – mandatory
• Several years of proven managerial experience leading large and diverse development teams
• 5+ years of hands-on C++ development experience
• Proven experience leading complex technological projects
• Experience with mission-critical systems – a significant advantage
