Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and research engineers.
Act as a hands-on technical leader: design critical systems, write production code when needed, and set a high engineering bar.
Own backend systems end-to-end, from architecture and design through implementation and production delivery.
Drive technical direction and architectural decisions for large-scale cybersecurity platforms.
Lead the delivery of complex LLM- and agent-based solutions to production, ensuring they meet enterprise standards for reliability, scalability, security, and observability.
Partner closely with Product, Research, and Client Services to translate complex technical challenges into clear, high-impact product capabilities.
Ensure backend systems are built with a strong emphasis on security, correctness, and long-term maintainability.
Review code, guide design decisions, and promote best practices across the team.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Identity and access management
Authentication and authorization mechanisms
Policy, permissions, and access-control models
Security-related data processing or control planes
Deep understanding of software design principles such as SOLID, modularity, testability, and long-term maintainability.
Experience leading systems through the full software development lifecycle: design, development, deployment, and ongoing evolution.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to align technical, research, and product stakeholders.
Team & Personality
A true team player (“soul player”) who prioritizes team success over individual credit.
Leads by example, takes responsibility for outcomes, and creates a culture of trust, openness, and technical excellence.
