We’re looking for a strong technical leader who can take ownership, drive end-to-end development processes, and lead a high-performing development team in a dynamic environment.

• Lead and mentor a hands-on development team: provide professional guidance, set standards and best practices, and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions.
• Own the full SDLC: technical design, development, code reviews, QA collaboration, releases, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous enhancement.
• Task allocation, prioritization, workload management, and driving processes to meet goals, KPIs, and timelines.
• Lead code review processes and promote a quality-driven culture (performance, security, stability, code readability).
• Lead development and manage integrations & APIs with third-party systems (design, security, monitoring, troubleshooting).
• Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and various business stakeholders.

• At least 7 years of hands-on development experience in complex enterprise-grade systems.
• Proven managerial experience leading and mentoring development team
• Strong experience working with SDLC methodologies and full lifecycle ownership.
• Significant hands-on experience in AWS Cloud environments.
• Extensive experience with third-party integrations & APIs (REST/HTTP, authentication, rate limiting, webhooks, etc.).
• Strong hands-on experience with: Node.js, React.js, MongoDB.
• Development or integration experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with DevOps / CI/CD pipelines and automation -an advantage
• Experience with NestJS, AWS Lambda, Kubernetes / EKS, Redis -an advantage
• Background in insurance or financial domains- an advantage
