התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה על ניתוח נתוני הייצור, בניית דשבורדים, אפיון צרכים עסקיים ויישום פתרונות מבוססי בינה מלאכותית - עם דגש על שיפור תהליכים ואופטימיזציה בייצור.

בנייה, פיתוח ותחזוקת דשבורדים ב-Power BI עבור כלל המפעלים.

ניתוח נתוני ייצור לטובת קבלת החלטות ושיפור ביצועים.

תמיכה שוטפת במערכות MES במפעלים.

אפיון צרכים ודרישות מול מחלקות תפעול, איכות, הנדסה וגורמים נוספים במפעל.

דרישות

תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב/ השכלה רלוונטית - חובה

היכרות עם תהליכי ייצור וסביבות מפעליות - יתרון משמעותי.

ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות MES - יתרון.

יכולת להוביל פרויקטים טכנולוגיים, כולל פרויקטי BI

אנגלית ברמה גבוהה- חובה

Responsibilities (English)

The role includes full responsibility for analyzing production data, building dashboards, defining business requirements, and implementing AI-based solutions - with an emphasis on process improvement and production optimization.

• Building, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards for all plants.
• Analyzing production data to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Providing ongoing support for MES systems in the plants.
• Defining needs and requirements in collaboration with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other departments within the plant.
  
  

Qualifications (English)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant education - mandatory.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and plant environments - strong advantage.
• Experience working with MES systems - advantage.
• Ability to lead technological projects, including BI projects.
• High-level English proficiency - mandatory.
