We’re building a new Engineering Platform team to accelerate every function at Pango — R&D, Product, Marketing, Sales, BI, Ops and more.

A big opportunity to build from scratch a new methodologies, implement new processes and technologies. We're looking for a mindset of automation, scalability, reliability, and security.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you’ll build cloud infrastructure, internal services, developer tools, and AI-powered automations that make teams faster, more autonomous, and more effective.

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve platform services enhancing reliability, dev-experience, and productivity.
• Develop AI-driven tools: internal agents, workflow automations, intelligent integrations.
• Own AWS infrastructure using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Deliver scalable, secure, cost-efficient cloud foundations.
• Create self-service capabilities for engineering & product teams.
• Integrate platform components with .NET & Python services on AWS.
• Drive best practices, reusable templates, and inner-source models.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Backend Software Engineering (platform, tooling, automation etc.).
• Strong expertise with Python\ .NET and knowledge with OOP principles.
• Background with Infrastructure\ DevOps roles - is a plus.
• Hands-on AWS -Microservices Infrastructure (EKS, ECS) & Serverless (Lambda, API-Gateway...) + IaC- Must.
• Experience with AI agents, LLM tools, or intelligent automation.
• Solid grasp of cloud-native architecture, CI/CD & observability.
• Experience with inner-source or shared code models.
• Strong communication & cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IDP/dev-experience tooling.
• Workflow automation tools (n8n, Make.com, etc.).
• LLM tooling (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
• Open-source contributions.
• Integrating systems across business functions.
