We are looking for a talented Senior Salesforce System Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping impactful end-to-end solutions for our customers. In this role, you will lead discovery sessions, translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications, and collaborate closely with Business teams and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations. You’ll serve as a subject-matter expert across multiple Salesforce clouds, help clients optimize their processes, and ensure they achieve measurable business value from the platform.

Responsibilities:
· Define and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
· Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce features, best practices, and upcoming releases.

· Serve as a subject matter expert for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce modules in use.
· Lead Discovery sessions with worldwide customers
· Analyze client needs and document business requirements, both for reviewing with the client, as well as for the technical team to be able to further use for the delivery solution.
· Continuously align with the Solution Architect on providing solutions for the client’s needs
· Maintain detailed understanding of Salesforce platform and suggest solutions based on client’s business and technical needs
· Help clients achieve measurable results of using the system, bridging the gap between business requirements and technology
· Capture complex business processes, create reports and dashboards, and train users on Salesforce
· Help the users to stay efficient and ensure they can obtain their key business goals, while keeping an eye on their successes and customer relationships.
· Contribute to the creation of Asperii’s implementation methodology of different Salesforce modules, including best practices for different industries
· Take part in the implementation of the solution. Involves application configuration and some development
· Provide technical support to the customer during the implementation phase
· Assist with the installation of products
· Consult and assist customers with fine-tuning the application functionality and service optimization to meet customer’s service business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 3+ years of Professional Services client facing consulting experience.
· 3+ years of hands-on experience with the implementation of Salesforce- a MUST.
· Experience in SFS implementation for multiple customers – a MUST.
· Strong desire to work both in design and in 'hands-on' implementation modes in the delivery of solutions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
· Desire to work in an agile and young environment.
· Design and Solution Architect experience is a plus.
· B.S. in Computer Science, Information System or Industrial engineering preferred.
