We are seeking a System Engineer to join the MLM division and contribute to the development of an advanced airborne system.

The position includes:

• Matrix leadership across engineering and development teams, as well as subcontractors

• Managing engineering activities, including development reviews, ground tests, system tests, and risk management

• Defining system requirements and interfaces

• Preparing work plans for system development and transition to production

• Working within a multidisciplinary development team under the development manager

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering

• At least 3 years of experience as a development engineer

• At least 5 years of experience in technical management or system engineering of complex multidisciplinary systems (system-of-systems)

• Experience with complex airborne defense systems is an advantage
