We are looking for an Antenna System Engineer to join our team at the Missile and Space

Systems Division!

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for antenna design, performing simulations using CST, managing engineering
• projects, working with suppliers and manufacturers, and providing technological solutions to improve antenna performance.
• Development of antennas and antenna arrays for airborne platforms – leading all development stages from requirements definition, antenna design, prototype manufacturing, laboratory, and range testing. Performing analyses using CST and MATLAB
• Conducting system-level calculations (Link Budget).
• Project management from planning through production and integration phases. Planning and monitoring schedules, milestones, and budgets; writing specifications, work plans, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders – including system engineers, mechanical engineers, environmental quality, procurement, production, logistics, and IT – to ensure project progress according to requirements and objectives.
• Leading subcontractors and coordinating with manufacturers.
• Working directly with customers, supporting production phases, and preparing and delivering technical presentations.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor degree in Electronics – Mandatory
• Master’s degree with a specialization in Antennas and RF – an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in antenna development – Mandatory
• Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from technical surveys, technical discussions, and test results; capability to assess technical and managerial issues from multiple perspectives and generate a range of solutions
• Proven ability to execute work tasks with determination and perseverance
• Strong teamwork skills, persuasive communication abilities, and negotiation skills
• High sense of personal responsibility, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure
