Exon is seeking a talented, highly motivated Senior Backend Developer to join

its growing R&D Department.

In this position, you will be leading the development of the company’s Key product.

Building and designing solutions while growing and mentoring the team.

Reporting to a Team Lead, you will play a key role in the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• You’ll help build core systems used by thousands of users globally, directly contributing to the success of top-tier e-commerce brands.
• Implement architecture at all stages of development, including coding, design, monitoring, and scaling.
• Plan, design, and maintain databases to ensure data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other R&D teams to deliver data solutions and insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern backend frameworks and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Actual experience with GenAI tools and prompt engineering
• Experience with data research and analytics.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages or frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, drive code quality, and lead code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and proactive individual with a can-do attitude.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering - An advantage.
