Tech Team Lead – Dimona

We are looking for an experienced Tech Team Lead to join our core development group in Dimona. This role combines significant hands-on development with leadership and management of a talented engineering team, driving end-to-end delivery of complex technological projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, including task allocation, code reviews, and professional growth

Take ownership of complex development tasks in .NET and Angular

Drive end-to-end delivery: requirements analysis, architecture, development, integration, and deployment

Collaborate with product, QA, and cross-functional teams

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap

Requirements:

Extensive hands-on experience in .NET (Core/Framework)

Strong, in-depth experience with Angular (modern versions)

Proven experience managing and leading development teams

Solid understanding of system architecture and scalable web applications

Experience with SQL Server

Ability to work independently, own processes, and lead complex projects
