About Faddom:

At Faddom, we believe you can’t protect or manage what you can’t see. In today’s world of chaotic hybrid-cloud environments, we provide the "digital blueprint" that IT teams need to stay in control. Since our founding in 2021, we’ve been on a mission to make infrastructure mapping fast, affordable, and non-intrusive. Join our team as we build the future of real-time observability and help organizations worldwide navigate their digital transformation with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

As our AI/ML Engineer, you will be a key driver of our intelligence layer. You’ll be responsible for the features and workflows that turn complex data into actionable insights, taking ownership of the journey from raw data to production-ready models.

  • Own Feature Development: Lead the end-to-end cycle of ML and GenAI features, from initial data discovery and experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
  • Build Intelligent Pipelines: Design and optimize high-performance RAG systems and GenAI workflows to help users interact with complex information naturally.
  • Scale Data Delivery: Develop and maintain the scalable pipelines required to process high-velocity data, ensuring quality and low latency for all models.
  • Drive MLOps: Take responsibility for the lifecycle of your models by implementing automated workflows for training, versioning, and deployment.
  • Collaborate on Product: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate intelligent capabilities into the platform, solving complex problems like predictive mapping and anomaly detection.
  • Research & Apply: Stay current with advancements in LLMs and machine learning to identify practical ways to simplify observability for our users.

Who You Are:

You are a thinker who builds. You possess the scientific curiosity to dig into the nuances of data distributions and model behavior, but you also have the engineering intuition to know that a discovery only matters if it can thrive in production. You understand that data is rarely clean and never static; you enjoy the challenge of finding the signal within complex environments where the "right" answer requires both rigor and creativity.

We’re looking for a peer who takes genuine pride in the quality of their work. You are the kind of person who sees a task through from the first line of code to the moment it delivers value to a user. You’ve reached a stage where you’re comfortable moving between research and implementation, and you’re looking for an environment where you can take ownership of your work and help shape the future of a product.
