We’re looking for a Frontend Team Leader to join our team.

Location: Tel Aviv

In this role, you will:

● Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, setting technical direction and fostering growth,QA, Automation, Mobile.

● Take ownership of Lili’s frontend architecture and development

● Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to build scalable, high-performance features

● Develop and maintain user-facing components of the Lili application using modern frameworks and tools

● Ensure performance, responsiveness, and high code quality across the stack

● Contribute to our design system, code standards, and engineering best practices

● Support production environments, including occasional on-call duties

Requirements:

● 5+ years of experience as a frontend developer, including at least 2 years in a team leadership or mentorship role

● Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and CSS

● Strong experience working with React

● Proven experience building scalable, production-grade web applications

● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

● Experience in a U.S. fintech company – advantage

● Experience in a B2C environment – advantage
