We are seeking an experienced HRIS Technical Lead to join our IT department and play a pivotal role in driving this transformation.

The HRIS Technical Lead will own the technical architecture, integration strategy, and hands-on implementation of Check Point’s global HR technology landscape. This role acts as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated with the broader IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integration Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain robust integrations (API, SFTP, middleware) between the Core HR system and downstream applications (Active Directory, Payroll, Finance/ERP, Identity Management).
  • Data Migration & Integrity: Lead the data migration strategy from legacy systems to the new platform. This includes mapping data fields, performing data cleansing, executing bulk imports, and validating data accuracy.
  • System Architecture & Security: Define and maintain the system architecture, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy (GDPR), security standards, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze complex process gaps and design technical solutions that automate manual work and improve data flow.
  • Testing & Deployment: Lead technical testing cycles (Unit Testing, Integration Testing), troubleshoot defects, and manage the technical cutover plan during go-live.
  • Post-Go-Live Optimization: Serve as the Tier-3 technical escalation point for complex system issues and drive continuous improvement through new feature releases and patch management.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience leading Core HR platform integration and implementation, from evaluation to go-live in a global, large-scale organization.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of a leading Core HR platform (SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM) and modern ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters or Greenhouse).
  • HR Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Core HR data models and processes, including employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), organizational structures, and payroll integration.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns. Expertise in Data Export/Import using CSV, XML, and JSON. High proficiency in SQL and complex Excel functions for data analysis.
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (Verbal and Written).
