HumanTouch Surgical (continuing Human Xtensions) is a cutting-edge start-up developing surgeon-centric, handheld robotic solutions for Minimally Invasive Surgery. Our flagship platform, HandX®, brings the precision and ergonomics of robotic surgery into every operating room, while maintaining the simplicity and cost profile of conventional laparoscopy.

We are looking for a Software Project Manager to lead the development of the HandX® Training Platform – a multi-component software solution that includes a training application, integration with the HandX® system, backend services, and management tools. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external development partners and plays a key role in delivering a high-quality, scalable software solution.

Our offices are located in Netanya. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and have a direct impact on innovative medical technology used by surgeons worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the HandX® Training Platform, including scope, milestones, resources, timelines, and budget.
• Lead Agile software development processes: sprint planning, backlog management, iterative releases, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate work across internal teams (R&D, Product, QA, Clinical/Training) and external software vendors.
• Drive effective integration between the training platform and the HandX® system.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues, enabling clear decision-making.
• Provide clear and transparent project status updates to management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development and/or software project management.
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager or Technical Project Lead, owning delivery of complex, multi-component software projects.
• Proven experience leading Agile software projects end-to-end, with a strong Agile mindset (iterative delivery, feedback loops, continuous improvement).
