Team: R&D, Mobile


Como is looking for a passionate React Native Developer to join our mobile team and help build world-class applications that power the Como platform, used by leading businesses across the globe. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver robust, user-friendly experiences on both iOS and Android.


What You’ll Do


  • Develop and maintain high-quality React Native applications for iOS and Android
  • Collaborate in a small, fast-paced team to deliver new features end-to-end
  • Implement smooth, modern animations and interactions for excellent UX
  • Integrate with third-party APIs and native modules when needed
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code using modern practices
  • Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines (CI/CD)
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning


What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native
  • Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Android Studio)
  • Experience with state management libraries like Redux
  • Experience integrating and debugging third-party dependencies
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX and animations
  • Ability to thrive in a startup-like, agile environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience with SaaS platforms or multi-tenant applications
  • Experience working in cloud environments


Bonus Points


  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like  CodeMagic / Fastlane
  • Familiarity with CodePush / over-the-air update strategies
  • Experience with Firebase services (Auth, FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics)
  • Working knowledge of deep linking and universal links across Android and iOS
  • Background in C# or Node.js
