Role Overview

Lead and grow a Mainframe (MF) development team while remaining hands-on. Drive end-to-end development, ensure delivery quality, and collaborate closely with product, QA, infrastructure, and architecture teams in a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Mainframe development team

• Hands-on development, design, and implementation

• Perform code reviews and improve development practices

• Own planning, delivery timelines, and quality standards

• Work cross-functionally with multiple technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven Mainframe development experience – mandatory

• 2+ years of experience as a team lead or technical lead

• Strong hands-on capability alongside people leadership

• Deep understanding of core systems architecture and enterprise integrations

• Strong leadership, system-level thinking, and stakeholder management skills
