For a team that develops and maintains the core health claims system
The team carries out developments for digital and innovation, and projects for regulation
The role requires:
• Managing a development team of approximately 7 developers
• Professional and managerial responsibility for the activities and performance of the development team
• Coaching, feedback and setting standards
• Managing work plans and adhering to the schedule
• Dealing with business customers
• Working in an agile manner

Mandatory Requirements
• Knowledge of 400AS
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a development team
• Knowledge of the insurance world
Requirements that are an advantage
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of RPG/COBOL
• Knowledge of the world of health insurance/claims
• Experience working in large organizations and complex systems
