Description

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to oversee and lead Onebeat’s cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for the reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency of our production platform on AWS.

What You Will Do

• Lead DevOps strategy and day-to-day operations (hands-on).
• Own AWS & EKS infrastructure and Kubernetes production environments.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Own observability, monitoring, and on-call processes.
• Drive cloud cost optimization, security, and SOC2 compliance.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Data, and Algorithms teams.
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience leading DevOps initiatives.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, observability, cloud security, and production operations.

• Experience with data or AI/ML systems.
• Background in SRE or platform engineering.
