We’re looking for a strong Back-End Engineer with deep expertise in Python, Java, and AWS-based cloud development. The core mission is to architect and build robust, scalable back-end solutions — but if you come with front-end awareness, that’s a big plus. You’ll work cross-functionally and help drive full product delivery, not just isolated services.

This role fits engineers who live and breathe microservices, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure, while still caring about how the backend shapes real user experiences.

• Architect, develop, and support backend services and REST APIs using Python and Java (Spring Boot).
• Design and deploy cloud-native microservices using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.
• Partner closely with front-end teams to deliver smooth, end-to-end integrations.
• Jump into front-end topics when needed, advising on performance, scalability, and clean architecture.
• Work hands-on with AWS services like Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Apply industry best practices around security, scalability, reliability, and observability.
• Take part in code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD flows, and DevOps processes.
• Track, analyze, and optimize system performance to ensure stability and high availability.
  

• BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong practical experience with Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and Java (Spring Boot, JEE).
• Solid understanding of RESTful services, microservice architectures, and system integrations.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, NoSQL).
• Strong CS fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS-based cloud platforms.
  

• Front-end exposure (React, Angular, or similar).
• Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, SNS/SQS).
• Hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
